Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, 20-year-old multi-instrumentalist, artist, and producer Malcolm Todd is back with a funky new track, “Mr. Incorrect,” out today via Columbia Records. Listen HERE. The song hears Malcolm out as he moves on from a relationship while recalling “I thought I was right but you’re never wrong.” Watch the accompanying lyric video HERE.

Drawing inspiration from renowned artists such as Steve Lacy, Smino, and Dominic Fike, Mac seamlessly blends groovy production with intricate vocal layers to create his unique R&B sound. Malcolm kicked off 2023 with his Shower Shoes EP that spawned breakout tracks “Art House” and “Roommates,” which have tallied over 20 million Spotify streams combined and counting. In August he released “Hot In NY” further illustrating his balance of musicality and melody.

Malcolm has played several sold out shows this year in support of his new music, including recent performances in Brooklyn and Chicago, with a few more to come. Following San Francisco’s Brick and Mortar on 11/5, Malcolm will headline the El Rey in his hometown of Los Angeles on 11/21 after selling out The Roxy during ticket presale and upgrading venues to accommodate fan-demand. Malcolm will then head overseas for his first-ever show in London at The Waiting Room on 12/5.
