After shaking up the international music landscape with On The Radar Brazil, which featured numerous global remix collaborations and over 100 original freestyles, On The Radar UK is set to roll out in September and will spotlight a cross-section of the UK’s most important voices in music—from established stars and scene-defining icons to fearless newcomers and underground innovators who are pushing boundaries in Drill, Grime, Rap, and experimental genres. The new series arrives at a moment when the UK’s rap scene is commanding global attention—from Central Cee and Drake’s viral On The Radar freestyle to the dominance of UK sounds on international charts—On The Radar UK aims to tap into that momentum and provide the UK’s next wave of talent a world-class platform to upon which to shine. The renowned London-based multidisciplinary artist and creative Jaffa Saba—known for his visionary work and collaborations with brands like Nike, True Religion, and Ksubi—has also directed a new trailer announcing the series which has been released today alongside the announcement.
