Hailing from the UK, vocalist, songwriter, and producer, Issac Frank has been honing his craft for years, but a fateful move to Brighton to live with soul-mate and singer Mae Hill catapulted him into global social media feeds when the two started posting videos together featuring their incredible voices and hilarious housemate antics. Today, he releases his superb new single “Love Rehab (Dun Dun)” featuring Mae Hill. Very much a music chameleon, listeners will hear elements of soul, rock & pop in Isaac’s standout vocals that technically compete with anybody. ‘Love Rehab (Dun Dun)’ arrives after Issac first teased the song to fans in April, accumulating over 30 million views since!
Speaking about his new song that oozes with emotion, Isaac explains “This song comes from a really personal place. It’s about being stuck in a relationship that’s both destructive and dysfunctional—but somehow still feels like home. Even when you know it’s toxic, and you swear you’re done, there’s this pull that keeps dragging you back. It’s that cycle of walking away, then going right back, telling yourself it should be over but not really meaning it.”
The song’s release marks a whole new fresh start for Issac who has already won over a large pocket of the internet who have been hooked on his exceptional originals and playful covers on social media. He has honed his craft by writing and playing open mics before taking the plunge on social media where he immediately found fans who related to his soul searching honest lyricism. Speaking about his music, he said “I hope my music offers some form of healing/therapy. I’ve always turned to music myself for therapy growing up. I love how, as humans through history, music has always brought us together in the good and toughest of times.”
Issac Frank is a vocalist, songwriter, and producer based in Brighton having grown-up in London. He cites The Weeknd, Artemas, Benson Boone, Miley Cyrus & Lewis Capadi as some of his songwriting inspirations.
Issac is currently putting the finishing touches to his debut EP out later this year.
