One such individual, Tae Ho Style Hong, commonly known as Taeho Style, possesses all these skills and more, which have allowed him to make an impact on people of all ages through one of his many ventures, Musicworks Canada. His passion for inspiring the younger generation, as well as adults and seniors, sets him apart from the rest. Born in Busan, South Korea, on May 9, 1983, Taeho spent his childhood travelingthe world with his parents, who moved between the USA, Japan, Canada, and Indonesia. However, at the age of 16, he faced a significant challenge when he was abandoned by his parents and found himself homeless.

Despite the difficulties he faced, Taeho persevered and continued his education. Taeho’s father offered to pay for his monthly rent somewhere else while not allowing him into his home.So Taeho was able to stay in Cochrane andattended Cochrane High School, relying on the kindness of friends and teachers for support. Even though the high school was a challenge for him, once Taeho got himself off the streets and applied into universitt, his resilience and determination saw him excel academically, and he pursued his passion for visual communication and art history at the Alberta University of the Arts and the University of Calgary. It was during this time that he developed a deep-seated passion for making an impact on people’s lives through the power entrepreneurship.

Starting his career in the hospitality industry, Taeho worked his way up through the ranks, honing his skills in marketing and floor management. He later transitioned to the fashion industry, where he became a manager at Tristan, a well-known clothing and accessory store. However, his passion for visual communication and commercial photography eventually led him on a globe-trotting adventure to over 46 countries in 2007.

After returning from his travels, Taeho founded TS Production, a media production company that later rebranded as Kallos Studio with printing services as an additional offering that quickly grew into an international brand. Kallos Studio established in both South Korea and Canada, where he serves as the founder and creative director. In addition to this, he is also the founder and CEO of TS Group, Musicworks Canada, and Flexion, among other ventures.

When asked why he chose to focus onthe music business in the recent years, he said, “There is no civilization that has left its mark on history that didn’t have a basis in religion and music. Music is imperative to the development of society. It is a cornerstone of every community. Everyone should have music. Music communicates. Music connects people and cultures. Music heals. Music works!” With this as his driving force, he has successfully integrated Musicworks into various anchor communities across Canada and currently through his NGO Musicworks African Foundation, he’s focusing on bringing the culture of Musicworks Canada to countries such as Madagascar, South Africa and Ghana.

In addition to his work in TS Group and Musicworks, Tae Ho also founded Flexion in 2014, a motorcycle leather company that reflects his passion for the open road. With his expertise in business development, Taeho has successfully established multiple startups while creating service training modules for various departments in the automotive industry and implementing them in numerous dealerships across Calgary. His dedication to expanding his entrepreneurial endeavors demonstrates his commitment to constant growth and innovation.
