There are many artists emerging in music nowadays, however only a select few make it to the big stage. In order to do that, you must hone your skills, identify your band and know what you bring to the table. All of these things Nova Coast has mastered early in his career, These qualities are what will make him different in the later stages of the game. He was born in New York but was raised in the DMV, more particularly Prince George’s County in Greenbelt, Maryland. Until finding his niche in music his first passion was the sport of Basketball. He played basketball in both high school & at a collegiate level. The University of District of Columbia, where he developed a positive attitude towards life and music. The interest for music started when in 12th grade where recorded and released songs on MySpace back in 2008. He then started a rap duo along with his best friend and was focused on basketball and motivational content. Showing he always has the ability to be versatile and work on multiple things at a time. He got even more creative by passing out mixtapes at the malls all over the Maryland area. Throughout his years in college he kept a mixtape on him at all times. Nova was often driven by self motivation, as he had a hustlers mentality going to the people face to face building rapport with the listeners.
Years later, he joined the Air Force in 2020, then relocated to California where he built his own studio. This is where the hours were put in to get him to where he’s at now. When asked about what his intentions were he stated:
“My goal is to inspire and motivate other people letting them know they can do anything. I want to keep growing my fan base and developing my sound in rock, rap , pop and all types of music”
He works hard and wants to be a staple in music. We appreciate his service in the armed forces, as well as taking risks by going after what he believes in. Nova’s got the swagger and good vibes to keep people interested in what he’s doing. All of these qualities can be seen in his work, visuals and social media.This Artist will make waves around California really soon as well as the rest of the world!
