We have the pleasure of featuring one the biggest rising stars today in the independent realm of music. This aspiring rapper, brings a lot of energy and wow’s fans with his image and likeness. He bets on himself and is not afraid to do what other artists are afraid to do. That’s being bold and taking the necessary risks to become successful. XeRoGanGG also known as Xero, is based in Richmond Virginia was influenced by the emo sub-genre of hip-hop. He has had some battles with depression and anxiety, but his music is the way to fight and rise against such struggles. He hopes to encourage others to push through their own issues with using music as a anti-depressant. We surely do comment him for that, as it takes a lot of responsibility to do such a thing.
Although, he is currently unsigned, we see him going very far within the industry. Using colorful hair and emo-styles in his fashion as a way to connect with fans. He doesn’t have a problem with going against the grain to get his point across. Most don’t know, but it takes a lot to be an independent artist. Doing and funding everything yourself, working everyday on your craft and putting it out into the world takes courage. He has also put out quite of few pieces of work as well already. He has released successful singles like “Hollywood” and “Facetime” proving he can do this all on his own without a label present at the moment. He also just recently released his EP “Crash Out” which can be found on all streaming platforms online and in digital stores. Not many artists can blend emo rap with real live instruments. It’s just a testament to his talent and determination by taking his craft seriously.
