HIS FIRST OFFICIAL RELEASE THIS YEAR
After warming up with a surplus of music released to SoundCloud and YouTube, critically acclaimed singer, songwriter, and producer Q is sharing the official release of 10 songs, with the inclusion of three brand new songs. Listen to the project HERE. After receiving an overwhelming amount of demand from fans, Q felt inclined to release 10 songs on DSPs ahead of a forthcoming album, even stating “I really wasn’t planning to drop anything serious yet but honestly, why not? Thank you for pushing it into the real world.”
In true Q fashion, the mixtape was produced and written by himself, pulling elements from multiple genres like “be with ya,” which showcases clear influences of the singer’s Caribbean (Jamaican) culture, while also combining his signature blend of alternative R&B, Pop, Funk, and Soul heard throughout the tape.
