LAFW brought out some amazing stars this past weekend and one of our favorites to catch up with was 5 X Grammy Award Winning producer Derrick Milaino.
We caught up with Derrick at the Affinity Nightlife’s official LAFW After Party this past Saturday inside The Godfrey Hollywood to ask him about new projects.
All smiles ,Derrick was 24 hours into a new music collaboration drop with Shakira and Cardi B called Punteria. The song is Shakira’s latest single off her forthcoming album “Las Mujeres ya No Lloran” translation to english “Woman No Longer Cry”
The song is currently trending on all platforms and has 10 million views in just 4 days on the music video.
Derrick is a key player in today’s hip hop music industry and a force to be reckoned among hip hop royalty and superstars.

With writing credits on Savage by Megan Thee Stallion , to the summer anthems like Bestie by Bhad Bhabie and Kodak Black Derrick has been on of the more successful writers and producers.
In a Billboard Magazine recent article Derrick was named on of the next 50 Hop Hop / R& B Legends.
