rising country sensation Ella Langley releases her new single “Paint The Town Blue.” Co-written by Ella, the song is an honest confession that avoidance and distraction are not always the solution to the pain of a heartbreak. Listen HERE. Accompanying the song is a special visualizer shot by Mick Bodie – watch HERE.
“’Paint The Town Blue’ is a song about heartbreak and giving yourself that one night to let all the emotions out,” says Ella. “Everyone copes with a relationship loss differently and when Will Bundy, Rhett Akins, Travis Wood, and I went into the songwriting room that day we wanted to say it’s okay to let it all out. To quit the fake it till you make it mentality and feel the emotions to move on from that person.”
Ella is currently touring North America with Jon Pardi, supporting his Mr. Saturday Night World Tour alongside Midland, Jackson Dean, and Randall King. After the year wraps up, she will join Riley Green for 33 dates along his Ain’t My Last Rodeo Tour, making her way around the country again. She is also looking forward to August of 2024, when she is supporting Morgan Wallen’s One Night At A Time 2024 Tour in Kansas City and Las Vegas.
Born in Hope Hull, Alabama, Ella worked tirelessly to make her way to Nashville to share her showstopping vocals and razor-sharp pen with the world. Ella’s songs “If You Have To” (2021), “Damn You” (2022), and “Country Boy’s Dream Girl” (2022) garnered tens of millions of streams and helped her build an online audience. This gave her the opportunity to showcase her signature style on her debut EP, Excuse The Mess, which features her honest storytelling and anthemic hooks. She is also a formidable performer, having toured with prominent country artists like Koe Wetzel, Randy Houser, Cody Johnson, and Jamey Johnson. A star in the making, she made her debut at the Grand Ole Opry this year and was named a “Hot Country Artist to Watch for 2023” by Spotify.
