The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 will see the debut of a new walkout anthem “Bring it on” featuring Tones and I, BIA and Diarra Sylla, artists representing different continents and a variety of musical influences.

“Bring It On” is Produced and Co-written by multi-Grammy award winning producer RedOne. The anthem, which will also be used for future FIFA tournaments will be played for the first time at the opening match between New Zealand and Norway at Eden Park, Auckland, on 20 July, and officially released the following day.
With the announcement of the new anthem, FIFA continues to build on the FIFA Sound strategy announced in early 2021 and to connect with audiences worldwide through the shared passions of football and music.
The entertainment strategy was conceived to create innovative and meaningful connections between football fans, music enthusiasts, players, artists, and the game and songs they all love.
“By bringing together voices from Africa, Australia, Europe and North America, this song symbolizes how music – and football – can unite the world,” said FIFA Secretary General Fatma Samoura.
Tones and I is an Australian singer, songwriter, and record producer who is best known for her breakout single “Dance Monkey”, which reached number one in over 30 countries including her homeland for a record 24 weeks at #1. Tones has streamed over 10 billion across her catalogue & played the world’s biggest stages.
BIA is a Grammy nominated multiplatinum global artist whose hits have included her double platinum single “Whole Lotta Money.” Her career spans from artist to multifaceted beauty and fashion entrepreneur as she continues to release hit singles shutting down the summer.
“I’m very honored to be a part of this Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. Being able to bring different people and cultures together through music is one of the best accomplishments to me.” says BIA.
French-Senegalese singer-songwriter and designer Diarra Sylla is a multifaceted artist and has already made a name for herself as a rising star in the music industry. With a soulful voice that effortlessly blends pop, R&B, and Afrobeat influences, Diarra has captivated audiences around the world since she first started touring at just 16 years old.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the FIFA Women’s World Cup,” she said. “Like all Senegalese, I am passionate about both music and football — they are the lifeblood of our country. I was naturally disappointed that the Senegal team will not be playing, but there will be four African teams taking part and I will be proud to represent my country through music.”
