Avaryana Rose is an actress, model, and Social Media Influencer as well as a successful teen CEO of Babes Against Bullying which spreads awareness against cyber bullying. As a model she has walked the runways of NYFW and Miami Swim Week. She is currently Miss Venice Florida USA which is part of the Miss USA/Miss Universe pageant. She is now dipping her toe into the acting world with several films currently streaming on the JC Channel. Recently, Avaryana took time away from filming her latest project for an interview.
1. Tell us about your upcoming film.
An upcoming film I’ll be a part of will be a slasher movie! It’s going to have some cool names I’m sure you’ll recognize! I’m super excited to be a part of it.
2. How do you prepare for a role?
I like to prepare for a role using music. I also like to talk with the director and learn how exactly they envisioned the character I’ll be playing. More about how I prepare using music, I like to listen to music I think the character would listen to. It does wonders for getting in character!
3. How much rehearsal time is there between getting the script and shooting the film?
It depends on the project for sure. Most of the time we get plenty of time to go over the script! Having time to read over the script helps you get into character, and of course, memorize your lines.
4. What do you love most about acting?
I love bringing a fantasy world to life! I also love being able to bring someone’s vision for a character to life. It’s also super fun to be able to play different characters with different personalities.
5. What’s the craziest thing that happened on the set of this film?
I always say, nothing on set goes absolutely perfect! And to always be prepared for the worst. I think the craziest thing that’s happened while I was on set was when a snake decided it wanted to be in the shot!
6. What do you hope people will take away from watching the film?
I hope people will always remember not to disturb historical sites. You never know what could happen, or rather, what could be left behind by the people who were there before you.
7. What are your goals for 2023?
I would love to play a vampire or do more fantasy roles! They seem like so much fun to film.
