Former lead singer of Platinum selling R&B group Isyss, Qui Qui Martin is making a major return to the music business. With her forthcoming debut EP in the works, she has decided to give the general public a taste of her new material, by hosting a listening party via 1924 Music Group. As she is one of the latest acts signed to the Baltimore based independent record label, it will take place in Baltimore, Maryland March 21st, at Exclusive Lounge & Restaurant. This event will be held from 8-11 pm eastern standard time, and will attract many high profile music influencers and heavy hitters in the game.

This listening party comes off of the back of Qui Qui Martin’s highly anticipated single “Nobody” featuring fellow 1924 labelmate Tio Taylor. As Martin dedicated this release to her late boyfriend who passed away in a tragic accident, she hopes listeners find solace in her music the way she does when recording and creating.  You will see Taylor who makes an on-camera appearance in Martin’s official music video for “Nobody”. The Baltimore native is sure to acknowledge her beloved 1924 label in which she brandes a large chain around her neck that reads “1924 Music Group LLC”.

La Reid, who signed Martin and Isyss back in 2002 under Arista Records, would be very proud to see Martin taking another stab at her music group. But he is not the only record executive and producer that acknowledges her raw talent. Qui Qui Martin has the support of R&B hitmakers Lil Ronny & Bryan Micheal Cox, as she continues to push her music career further and further as a solo artist. Martin has all of the necessary pieces she needs to launch a successful independent music career.  Click here to purchase a ticket for her official release party and press play below to stream her latest single “Nobody” featuring Tio Taylor.
