Singer-songwriter Zima Kamimoto has released her second studio album, Warfare/Pretty Leverage this Halloween. The double album includes 32 tracks and marks her first project since The Snow Queen (2024).
According to the singer’s social media, the project is entirely self-written except for a cover of Hole’s “Doll Parts”, and marks Kamimoto’s debut in both Spanish and Russian. The artist describes the album as a reflection of an “unprecedented” year in her life, spanning from February 2024 to February 2025.Notable titles include “Connecticut,” “My Favorite Stranger,” “Halloween,” and “Oh Anna.”
A music video for “Hiding from the Moon” was released in September 2025 as a preview of the project’s visual direction. Kamimoto has also announced that a new video for “Cosplay” will be released soon.
