ELLA LANGLEY HOSTS SPECIAL FUNDRAISING CONCERT IN SUPPORT OF DOG RESCUE ORGANIZATION PAWSITIVE RESCUE DIVISION
WITH PERFORMANCES BY ELLA, ERNEST, AARON RAITIERE, AND KAMERON MARLOWE
Multi-platinum, chart-topping, and award-winning singer-songwriter Ella Langley hosted ‘An Evening with Ella Langley & Friends Benefitting Pawsitive Rescue Division’ last night with a sold-out writers round at The Listening Room in Nashville. Fans and guests, including comedian and podcaster Theo Von, enjoyed live performances by Ella, Ernest, Aaron Raitiere, and Kameron Marlowe, while a live auction took place for very special items like 2 tickets to Ella’s sold-out show at The Ryman, Ella’s hand-written lyrics and exclusive show dresses worn by Ella.
A cause very near and dear to Ella’s heart, Pawsitive Rescue Division is a Nashville and CT based non-profit organization committed to rescuing dogs and guiding them from rescue to their forever homes through rehabilitation, training, and dedicated care. They emphasize kindness and education to ensure each dog’s successful adoption.
“Ever since I was 10, it was always my dream to start a nonprofit dog rescue,” shares Founder/President of Pawsitive Rescue Division, Lauren Misunas. “When I was able to put something together with Ella and have her join the board so organically, it was more than a dream come true for me. She is helping us reach so many more people, spread awareness of the importance of responsible rescue and placing dogs in homes where they can be successful. It’s been a blessing every step of the way, and knowing that Ella is just as passionate as I am, makes everything that much more special. I’m forever grateful for Ella being able to expand our mission and talk to people that we normally wouldn’t be able to reach.”
Adding to the incredible night, Ella and Kameron Marlowe got to celebrate the RIAA Gold certification of their duet “Strangers” with a special plaque presentation. Ella is now just two days away from the release of her upcoming single “Choosin’ Texas” this Friday. The song was co-written and produced by Ella with Miranda Lambert, alongside producer Ben West and co-writers Luke Dick and Joybeth Taylor. Lambert also performs background vocals on track.
