1. Mr. Gaiters, could you share with us the defining moment that convinced you to pursue a career in media to transform societal thinking?The very moment that I got behind a mic within a LIVE STUDIO 31 Years Ago and garnered more listeners and LIVE Call-Ins and seeing the tangible results of a Global Worldwide Audience made me realize that Media and Journalism became my Global Assignment in both transforming and greatly influencing Global Thinking.
2. What are some of the unique challenges you face daily in maintaining your faith and values within the modern media landscape? Truth be told there has been absolutely no challenge(s) that I have faced in maintaining my faith and values within the modern landscape because I know both ‘WHO’ and ‘WHAT’ IAM and what my Global Assignment is changing the very trajectory of both Hollywood and the entire Entertainment World.
3. How do you select guests for your Global Master Class Talk Show, and what criteria must they meet to align with your show’s vision?Great Question! My staff carefully by and through prayer will choose special guest who are not only qualified to speak on historical pain and trauma – but those guests must be aligned with our core values as a Faith Based Conglomerate and as major Spiritual Influencer in seeing the great need to bring about hope, healing, and restoration in the 21st Century.
4. Could you elaborate on how your new initiative at Global Movement Studios LLC will bridge the gap between faith-based values and the entertainment industry? Our new initiative as a Global Faith Based Media Conglomerate is to connect both the power of Faith Values and the Entertainment Industry through providing high quality media content that will bring much needed inner standing of both Faith and Spirituality to the Hollywood Studio System and to the rest of the Entertainment Industry.
5. What has been the public reaction to your approach of integrating faith into mainstream media and entertainment?Another Great Question! The public reaction has been one of great response because I wisely approach, I connect and thereby I make powerful alliances by building professional relationships both within the mainstream media and the entertainment industry through truth, authenticity, and excellence in maintaining those very close professional relationships that is interconnecting our future as a Global Faith Based Studio and Media Conglomerate.
6. How do you handle criticism and opposition to your methods and beliefs, especially when it comes from industry peers? Truth be told – there has been no criticism nor opposition to my methodology and core beliefs because I wisely never force that within Hollywood – but allow my light to shine by not making it shine – but by letting it shine in manifesting a presence of love and care I genuinely have for all people.
7. In your view, how can faith-centric films and TV shows influence the broader cultural narrative?By presenting a red-pill structure of films that will fully awaken both the entertainment industry and the entire World as they begin to change the narrative of Global Thinking in a powerful Spiritual Way to bring them closer to The Very Essence of who GOD IS,
8. What are the main goals you hope to achieve with your upcoming projects at the Global Movement Studios LLC? To give both celebrities and non-celebrities the tools they need to get to the very foundation of their historical pain and theirpresent-day trauma.
9. How do you ensure that the content you produce remains impactful but also respectful to diverse viewpoints?Another Great question! The Global Content that we produce remains powerfully impactful and life-changing but at the same time will never discourage those who maybe non-faith based who want to be a part of our Global Movement.
10. Can you discuss the importance of historical accuracy in your projects and how you address historical fabrications through your media work? I have dedicated teams both here in Hollywood and in New York who are also major researchers of history and the situational moment – authenticating deep mind-blowing historical findings and by exposing historical inaccuracies that the entire World has been subjected to for the past six thousand year!
11. What inspired you to write your four-volume series, “Comprehending the State of the Human Condition”?Seeing the urgency of the moment by not allowing the moment to overcome me – whereby seeing suffering on a global scale for the past 40 plus years of Global Ministry – I was greatly compelled by The Mind of GOD to write a four volume book series that will greatly heal generations now and generations to come.
12. As an author, how do you balance your writing with your responsibilities as a radio host and media producer? Having both staffs here in Hollywood and In New York and plus having administrative assistants who help me coordinate my time – my radio time and my production responsibilities in building a major Faith Based Studio here in the Entertainment Capital of The World.
13. How has your approach to media and content creation evolved over the years since your first radio show? Growing and expanding my thinking and thereby my growth has been amazing, and the growth of our Media Empire has grown so much that we now are beginning to hire more people who align with our core values that produce generational worth.
14. Can you tell us more about the specific type of training you provide to your team to prepare them for the challenges of working in faith-based media? We have global satellite classes all over the world who heavily teach faith-based concepts and how to strategically speak to each culture globally about how to impact that specific culture and country.
15. What are the Global Movement Awards, and what are your aspirations for this initiative? Another Great Question! The Global Movement Awards will be launching in 2025 that will award and celebrate World Changers who have a mandate to awakening this generation and beyond through Faith, Education, The Corporate & Business Sector, Finance and Media – making Generational History.
16. How do you plan to maintain and expand your influence in both Hollywood and New York in the coming years? In building the greatest and the most powerful Media Empire ever within the Hollywood Studio System through creating, making, distributing, and maintaining the ‘Highest Level of Content Excellence’ that will bring much needed healing of the Past, The Present and The Future in revealing a history that has never been told.
17. With your planned appearance at major film festivals, including the Oscars, what message do you hope to convey to the global film community? Bringing about the highest level of Excellence in how I Interview celebrities and non-celebrities and to present a brand-new approach to film making within this industry. To let Hollywood know that it is perfectly okay of being a Lover of GOD and at the same time being the very best you can be as an Actor, an Actress, an Executive Producer, a Screenwriter, and a Studio Executive.
18. How does your work today compare to your expectations when you first started out in the media? My work today has expanded on such a Global Level compared to when I first started within the Media Industry. GOD sometimes reveals to you in phases what your assignment and call is! Every other day I’m on some radio or podcast show somewhere around the World as a special guest – and being fully booked two years in advance is a sure way of me knowing that I have expanded in the last 31 years as a Journalists and a Media Personality – but now preparing to launch a major TV Talk Show and a Faith Based Studio is beyond comprehension! AllI Can Say Is ‘TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY FOR HIS DIVINE FAVOR UPON MY LIFE’.
19. What role do you think digital platforms, like Apple TV, play in advancing your mission and reaching a wider audience? Present Day digital platforms like the Apple TV and Apple TV Plus Networks are indeed the key factor in us reaching 110 Nations and millions being greatly impacted by our Mission to touch and heal lives on such a scale as never seen before.
20. Looking forward, what are your major goals for the next five years, both personally and professionally?Personally, and professionally is to Continue to Keep CHRIST FIRST In Every Part of My Life! And Second to have our TV Show – Our Studio on such a level as never seen nor experienced before – and to also expand our Global Spiritual Movement Awards and to powerfully launch our ‘GLOBAL MOVEMENT VENTURE CAPITAL GROUP’ in helping start-ups, business entrepreneurs the leaders of today and tomorrow in the fields of Education, Science, Technology, Biotechnology, Medicine and Media In making this earth a much better and more prosperous place to live in – so that each individual can fully thrive within a ever changing World!
