Mike Morales is the Founder of Liontari Agency, a digital marketing agency in the music industry that helps artists take their music careers to the next level. Mike decided to create his agency when he realized how the music industry was filled with scam artists and shady business practices that only had a goal of profiting off artists.

Recently Morales decided to shift focus to artist development and helping other business owners that provide high-ticket products, info-products, and work in the eCommerce industry scale their businesses through a targeted marketing approach that includes Facebook marketing and Instagram growth.

It all begin in the early pandemic stage in 2020, Mike had just graduated and was heading for a successful career in the film industry working with Netflix, one of the space’s giants. That opportunity quickly vanished with the rapidly evolving job market as it did for thousands. Despite the drastic change in Mike’s career path, he dedicated himself to learning new skills such as copywriting, sales, human psychology, marketing trends, funnels, and everything and anything related to the marketing world. Which quickly ended up being a major learning curve with rejections and failures along the way that only made him stronger.

Regardless of the challenges along the way, Mike was able to successfully help multiple brands and business owners benefit from his expertise in the digital marketing space. A good example of that would be Labelle’s Beauty, an eCommerce brand he and his team worked with that went from $26,000 to $108,000 in revenue in a matter of months utilizing their Elite Xcelerator System.

His goal is to help as many business owners through his Elite Xcelerator System. Which consists of an end-to-end marketing and sales solutions that helps business owners experience drastic business growth in 90 days. Mike’s goal is for everyone to realize that you need to find a purpose that fulfills you and not a lifestyle to live. I had the opportunity to interview Mike about the biggest challenges he faced and some wisdom he’d like to share with others.

Here’s what he had to say:

What were the biggest challenges you’ve faced and how did you overcome them?

Mike : The fear of failure. I used to hate and fear getting rejected and put down because people wouldn’t see the value in what I was offering, but that rejection only made me stronger and learn how to communicate my offer more effectively.

What wisdom would you want to share with others?

Mike : I’d say that marketing is the lifeblood of every business. The goal of marketing is to get people interested in a business’s product or service and trust you in the process. Without effective marketing, a business has little chance of surviving, especially in today’s time.”
