Rising artist Jbabi more known as Jmarbabi was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. At the age of 18 years old Jmarbabi began making music and writing his own songs. He always read lyrics if he could and he always had to know who the artist was and stuff like that whether it was good or bad.
His parents would play artists like Chamillionaire, Akon, and Tyga so, naturally he was into Rap. He got into making music because a few people he was close with was making music, so he tried it too just to do it. Jbabi felt like it was his chosen path here recently.
He is currently working on his first studio album, he can’t give too many details but all the collaborators and people that are helping him to build this album are doing great and it’s going to be fire. His biggest inspiration is his family and his son. He always tell them the plans he has to takeover with this music and they always support him.
Jbabi’s vocal skills are quite impressive. His cadence, flow and lyrics are often well received by fans. Not only is he taking the hip-hop world by storm, but he is also breaking barriers. Jmarbabi is not signed to a label & currently an independent artist but he want to start a record label of his own called BandBanditEmpire (BBE).
His last release was ‘Reefermusik’ and his next release is ‘Lonely Girl’ this friday featuring K2Freakky.
